- This requirement is for Mortuary Services for Naval Hospital Bremerton to include Navy Region Northwest Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). Contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment and materials, except those specified as being Government-furnished, to provide mortuary services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is expected to be 15 April 2008 through 14 April 2009, with four option years, not to exceed five years total. The area of performance in Washington shall be as follows: Kitsap County, Island County, Snohomish County West of Route 9, and the nearest Air Freight Terminal (SEATAC).
