- This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attached solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this synopsis. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-23. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-08-T-0056. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334417 and has a size standard of 500 employees. NUWC Keyport requirements are: CLIN 0001 Cable Clamp, to be manufactured IAW drawing number 17802 Dash 2. Offers shall propose best delivery. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Ke yport WA 98345-7610 Applicable FAR clauses can be found in the attached solicitation. To obtain information fr om FedTeDS, vendor/contractor must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR), have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) and the appointed Data Custodian must be FedTeDS registered. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ / amendments will be mailed.
