- Solicitation Number W81XWH-08-T-0089 will be issued on or about 5 February 2008 and proposals will be due on or about 12 February 2008 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire an optical capture system for swine for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 with a size standard of 500 employees. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting off ice. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 5 February 2008 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contrac tors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov.
