- The United States Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Warren, will be issuing a sole source Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) to add an additional 24,000 hours to contract DAAE07-03-C-L098 with University of Michigan. These ongoing tec hnical services are to assist the Vetronics Technology Area in their service engineering and Science and Technology missions. These support services include establishment of liaisons between government, academia, and industry; workshop participations; col laborative research activities; program manager duties; and other technical support. Each task will be Work Directive driven. This will result in a Cost Reimbursement (No Fee) Modification to the current University of Michigan contract (DAAE07-03-C-L093) . The period of performance will remain the same as 7 July 2008. Contractors wi ll be required to submit their response in the following electronic medium: via email to doreen.j.costa@us.army.mil . Compressed files must be self-extracting and have appropriate instructions to open. Hard copy responses will not be accepted. Please make sure this agency has been furnished with the following additional information: CAGE, Company Nam e, DUNS Number and the email address where you would like the notice sent. The estimated release date of the letter RFP W56HZV-08-R-0349 is 15 Feb 08 and the estimate closing date for Receipt of Proposals is 18 Mar 08. Numbered note 22 applies.
