- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. The Fort Drum Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call on a sole source basis with the Veterans Southern Frontier in Devens, MA, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, authorized or required by statute, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(5) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5). The proposed procurement is for lodging that is necessary to facilitate mission requirements for the 174th Infantry Brigade activa ted and assigned to Fort Devens, MA. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, however, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete th is proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement with the Veterans Southern Frontier.
