- The Directorate of Contracting, Purchasing Division, Fort Drum New York 13602-5220, intends to issue a sole source order to Sigmatec. This acquisition is for the SigmaNEST upgrade from 6.0 to updated version of software and training for the system up grade. The associated NAICS code is 541511 and the small business standard is $23 Million. Authority Cited is DFAR 206.302. The anticipated date of award is 11 February 2008. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to condu ct a competitive procurement. The closing date for the Synopsis is 7 February 2008 at noon EST.
