- The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with Laurel Mountain Testing, 7915 Somerset Pike, Jensserstown, PA 15547-0000 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This requirement provides rental of a 70x60 ft building to the US Army ATC. This is a sole source procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Laurel Mountain Testing. The North American Industry Classification Syste m (NAICS) is 541380 and the size standard is $11.M. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals.
