- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Robert A. Denton, Inc., 2967 Waterview Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309-4600. The contractor sha ll provide calibration and repair on an as needed basis of load cells (gages) used in crash test dummys (anthros) for live fire testing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219, and the size standard is $6.5 M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, February 6, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competi tive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
