- The Philadelphia VAMC is seeking a qualified Architect/Engineer to provide all design services including investigating surveys and verifications of as-built conditions as required to provide fully developed construction documents for the upgrade of the existing Essential Electrical Generation System for Building #1, #2, and #21. The selected firm will be provided with a previous study that was conducted but will verify all noted conditions. The design team will evaluate all current projects in design or construction and make allowance for future renovations at the Medical Center in projecting capacity requirements of the essential electrical generation system. The NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) code 541310. The estimated construction cost for this project will be between $200,000 and $250,000. The project is set aside for small businesses. There are no proposals available for this project, just submit your SF330's and/or any other pertinent information by mail. DO NOT SEND EMAIL, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All proposals must be received by COB February 20, 2008; nothing will be accepted after this date.
