- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of a Dental Assistant for the Federal Detention Center Honolulu, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The contract shall consist of a 12 month base year and the possibility of four option years. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option year is 1560 one hour sessions. The number of hours per week shall not exceed 30 hours. The solicitation will be available on or about February 21, 2008 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about March 25, 2007. The solicitation is set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399 and the applicable small business size standard is $6.5 million. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
