- Description
- Lay Medical Building: Approximately 3,500 sq. ft. The contractor will tear of the existing EPDM, mechanically fastened roof system, and coordinate removal of debris with FPC Yankton. FPC Yankton will load and remove roofing debris from the job site. Contractor will mechanically fasten 1-1/2" Polisocyanurate insulation over the metal roof deck; furnish and install a 15-year manufacturer?s warranty solid adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system to manufacturer?s specifications; EPDM roof system will include covering the parapet walls and cap stone; furnish and install manufacturer?s standard flashing and termination for edge metal with continuous keeper to be colored to match cap stone, 24-gauge Kynar finish or equal.
