- Request contractor to provide ethnic food samples and all associated labor for approximately 1300 personnel on the Coast Guard complex, Hangar 55 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, on March 12th, 2008 for the Coast Guard Multi-Cultural day observance. ?Ethnic food? is defined as food representative of a particular ethnic group that?s not mass-produced and mass consumed in urban areas such as pizza or tacos. ?Sample? is defined to mean of minimal portions and be separate from any meal.
