- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole Source purchase order with Laducer Sanitation Inc for the collection and dispoal of refuse from the Belcourt Indian Health Service Hospital in Belcourt, North Dakota. The Governing Body of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians passed a resolution and recognizes Laducer Sanitation Inc as the only company authorized to conduct garbage collection services on the Turtle Mountain Reservation.
