- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source procurement under Simplified Acquisition procedures to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia to provide only conference/meeting space and below accommodations for the 2009 National HIV Prevention Conference scheduled to be held in Atlanta August 23-26, 2009. The conference must be held in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The Hyatt Regency Hotel is the only known hotel that can satisfy the below logistical requirements. All of the below requirements must be available on-site to achieve success. There are no other requirements to be contracted through this procurement. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on response to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 72110.
