- USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement to purchase two tractors with implements for the Hoosier National Forest. Equipment specifications: Each tractor will be a minimum of 39 h.p., diesel and have a wheel base of 68.9 in. The tractor will include a loader and a backhoe.
