- This solicitation will contain one NSN 4010-00-079-3866 for Rope, Wire. This solicitation will be for award of a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract. This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1G, in accordance with Specifications number RRW410. This is not a critical application item. This is a commercial item. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance, Destination. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
