- Description
- Amendment 1 is issued to make the following changes: changes to 552.211-74 and E-FSS-522 - see attached word document. Also, please submit the "REVISED 12/10/07" "Place quotes here". Both of these are attached. Please use the "Revised 12/10/07" version for your quote and submit a signed copy of this amendment 1 form to acknowledge the changes in the two clauses listed above. There are no other changes.Solicitation 6FLS-K1-073740-I ? FSC 8040 Adhesives, will be issued on November 14, 2007. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will contain 30 non-stock NSNs. The period of the BPA will be 5 years beginning on 2/1/2008 or date of award, through 1/31/2013. All NSNs are written in accordance with brand name part numbers. Delivery will be 30 days ARO with FOB Origin. Quantity price breaks are included, and award will be made in the aggregate. This BPA will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and submitting an offer to the address specified. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-DEC-2007).
