- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Science Equipment and Supplies for their Okinawa Ryukyu Middle School. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a full and open competition brand name or equal basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Detailed specifications and requirements information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-5001 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 11 February 2008, to close 20 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 21 March 2008. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
