- Description
- The U.S. Government Printing Officer(GPO) has a requirement for Desktop Smart Card Personalization Printer, model MX6000 with laser engraving and RFID encoding modules. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Datacard. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All parties interested may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
