- FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire Nurse Advice Line Services to provide tele-health nursing services including, but not limited to, health information, health education, healthcare assessment, triage consultation, and an appointment with the patient's enrollment clinic or referral to appropriate level of care for the Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, NC. The required Nurse Advice Line Services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in support of the guidelines for the TRICARE/DoD access standards. The volume of calls is approximately 3,700 per month.
