Description: The closing date for the sloicitation is hereby extended from 1 Feb 2008 to 21 March 2008 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. A future amendment is forthcoming adding additional optional line items for three additional transfromeres, with the only difference b eing that these three will be 230 Kv instead for the 115 Kv. Please sign blocks 15 a-c and return one copy of each amendment with your proposal.
