- The U.S. Department of Energy???s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105 (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for the purchase of an Nd: YAG Laser System as described on the specification sheet attached. Attachment A: Salient characteristics of equipment being purchased. Attachment B: Pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation. Attachment C: Fax cover sheet for all quotations, information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid.
