- NSN: 6660-00-213-0072, RFP # SPM4M1-08-R-0304; IQC08018009021; Project # RM08018003. End Items include: Catapult/Arresting Gear and Ticonderoga Class CG (47). 100% Small Business Set-Aside; Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does have an approved technical data package which will be available on the opening date of RFP. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 72 each. The Estimated Annual for the Base and each option year is 72 each. The Guaranteed Minimum for the BASE YEAR 18 each; Maximum Annual Contract Qty for base and option years: 144 each. The minimum delivery order quantity is 18 each; the Maximum delivery order quantity is 72 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
