- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-07-G-0008, with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis. The order will be for the production and delivery of Ramp Mounted Weapon System (RMWS) panels for the CV-22 aircraft. This effort includes, but not limited to, creating and updating associated engineering drawings, updating applicable support products, flight test engineering support and delivery of associated RMWS ramp panels. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Bell-Boeing team is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the engineering and technical data required to perform this effort.
