- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installation and Environment (OASA I &E), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 , to the Plexus Scientific Corporation, 4501 Ford Ave Ste 1200, Alexandria, VA 22302-1466 to provide expert professional services required to support the analysis, development, and formulation of policy for the execution of installation and environmental p rograms and for the evolution of such programs in accordance with legislation and regulations. Emphasis shall be on the enhanced use lease program for historic properties and on privatization initiatives. The North American Classification System Code ( NAICS) is 541618 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. The requirement will be for a period of eight (8) months after the date of award. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within sev en (7) days of this announcements posting. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document and no Request for Proposal will be available for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this require ment base upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
