- Description
- U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 63,615 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space along with 129 inside parking spaces (15 reserved). Space should yield approximately 55,318 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The Government reserves the right to determine minimum acceptable floor plate size and column spacing. The space must also be contiguous and shall be located on no more than 3 floors. The building must meet GSA Asbestos criteria, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid.
