- Description
- This is a General Services Administration (GSA) Notice of Sole Source Action under 41 USC 253(c) (1) due to the availability of only one responsible source able to this space requirement. This notification is issued pursuant to 48 CFR 6.302-1(d)(2) for the purpose of notifying the public that the General Services Administration intends to obtain office, court and detention areas in the State Courthouse to be constructed in St. George, UT, while paying rent for only 3,680 rentable square feet (rsf) of extra office space in the State Courthouse that is being built regardless of GSA?s occupancy and agreeing to pay for the courtroom and detention space on a per use basis only. Any party able to offer a possible alternate location in the St. George, Utah area, meeting certain specifications for special use Class A office space, Court and Detention areas by October 2009, should notify the Contracting Officer listed within this notice.
