- PRON: AX8F5096AXAX, NSN: 5340-01-179-7363, PN: HS4217(S073C114), NOUN: Latch, Thumb, Quantity: 1,160 each applicable to the Apache. F.O.B Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 1,160 each due 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613 and Hartwell Corporation, CAGE Code: 83014 because this part must be acquired from a ma nufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.re dstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
