- The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for 1400 LB of Chemical 8, Concentrate, Blue #C-NY-08379, in Nylon 42A packaged in 50 lb container drums and also 1400 LB of Chemical Concentrate Red Color # C-NY-0 7955, in Nylon 42A packaged in 50lb container drums. The requisition number for this acquisition is W91A2K-8017-2034. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325991. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3087. T he Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm-fixed-price contract to Clariant Corp, Holden, MA 01579, which is the sole manufacturer of this product and meets all the Governments needs. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination by the cognizant receiving authority. No questions will be taken over the phone.
