- This will be a rated order under DPAS (15 CFR 700), Rating DX A4A in support of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. This DX rating shall be passed along to your suppliers or mills. Timely performance and delivery are essential. Th e Government reserves the right to make split awards.
