- Description
- This is a Presolicitation Notice for Aircraft Exterior Wash and Interior Cleaning Service for Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina, 28308. This competitive acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. This project is to perform aircraft washes at the government provided wash facilities, with the exception of static display aircraft, which will be done on location. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a one base year, 1 Mar 2008 ? 28 Feb 2009, and four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 488190 and the small business size standard of $6 Million applies. Only one award will be made to the Small Business Offeror who meets the CLIN/SLIN requirements, terms and conditions specified in this solicitation. It is anticipated the solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunity web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about Jan 31 2008. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent on the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The contractor shall be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application ? ORCA ? at http://orca.bpn.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
