- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) -Air Force Subscale Aerial Targets (AFSAT) Post Lot 5 Contract - The Air Armament Center, 308th Armament Systems Wing, 691st Armament Systems Squadron, Contracts Office, Eglin AFB FL is planning to award in FY 09 a sole source follow-on contract to Composite Engineering Inc. (CEi), located at 5381 Raley Blvd, Sacramento, CA 92632 for procurement of BQM-167A subscale aerial targets and associated support (ie. support equipment, spares, engineering support, studies, etc.). These targets will be used by the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group (WEG) to test and evaluate air-to-air weapon systems and for evaluation/training exercises such as WILLIAM TELL on the Gulf Range Complex and other authorized Department of Defense (DoD) test ranges. The Government does not own a technical data package and/or software data rights for the BQM-167A target system and its peculiar support equipment and therefore cannot provide this data to interested parties.
