- Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Y-12, LLC (hereafter known as Y-12), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for execution of the Precision Agile Machine Tool and Associated Equipment project activities at the Y-12 Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. ***** It is the intent of Y-12 to secure machines and equipment capable of meeting the design and fabricatioin requirements for this project. ***** This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this request is to identify prospective and qualified firms.
