- The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Central Region Acquisition Division, (CRAD), Kansas City, MO., intends to solicit quotes for the acquisition of two Garmin 347 Panel Mounted Intercom Systems and installation of the systems in Aero Commander N47RF and N51RF. Also required are the installation of government supplied SatTalk 2 Satellite Phone Audio controller, and Bose Headset Adapters in both Aero Commanders. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ No. WC133M-08-RQ-0172.
