This solicitation SPM4A5-08-R-0309 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP). The approved source is Eaton Aerospace LLC., Cage 97484 P/N 1B1065P. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 2995-01-465-9001; Quantity: 84 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 11 Feb 08. The anticipated award date is 30 April 08. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
