This procurement is unrestricted and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract(IQC) with Base Year and four(4)Option Years. The stock locations are any CONUS facility. The solicitation will be available on or about February 19, 2008 and will close on or about March 19, 2008. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past erformance, and other evaluation factor as described in the solicitation.
