- NSN 5950-01-431-8686 NON-CRYST OSCILLATOR. Northrup Grumman (97942) p/n 783R199G01 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 02/8/2008. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
