- The purpose of the Modification to RFQ-TX-08-00004 is to provide answers to questions. FAQ Associated with RFQ-TX-08-00004 Posting 1) The quote is asking for a price to include toner cartridges, usually toner is purchased separately, are you asking the price to include toner? Yes. The amended RFQ is asking interested vendors to provide a price for toner and other consumable supplies. This is found in the RFQ under Items #8, 13 and 20. Use Attachment C as a reference. 2) If so, how many cartridges are used in a year per each printer? We can only provide an estimate. Network printer information is found in Attachment A; local printer information in Attachment B; and, an Estimated Annual Usage in Attachment C. 3) Did the previous [contract] award include toner? Yes. 4) Was the previous [contract] award amount for 5 years? No. It is a one-year agreement. 5) The RFQ refers to different pricing and service type, called out in Attachments A-C. The pages are not broken down into clearly defined attachments, so we are not sure which printers get what service? The pages remain unnumbered, but Attachments A, B, C are identified under the title, Environmental Protection Agency ? Region 6. Attachment A details our Network printers; Attachment B, our Local printers; Attachment C is a list of supplies. 6) Can you please identify which printers are in El Paso and Houston? The Houston printers are found at the bottom of page 3 in Attachment A. The El Paso printer is found at the top of page 4 in Attachment A. 7) The equipment list contains only partial model numbers and no product numbers. Product numbers would be the most accurate, but can we at least get the full model numbers? Model #s and Serial #s are provided for the Network printers on Attachment A. Model #s only are provided for the Local printers on Attachment B. 8) Do you have historical data on consumables acquisition for your printers? Estimated usage is found on Attachment C. 9) Is there a previous contract for this equipment? Yes. 10) Who is the vendor currently servicing the equipment? Quality High Tech Services 11) What was the cost of the last yearly contract and is this the same equipment as last year?s contract? The contract was funded for $182,000.00. The equipment remains basically the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-OCT-2007).
