- SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT: W91GY0-07-R-0038 1. PROJECT NAME: Taji National Depot 2. Scope of Work: Procurement to provide Program Management, Procurement and Training Integration to synchronize equipping facilities, training initial workforce, and operating a National Depot until transition to Iraqi control. The contractor shall train a workforce and establish the initial operating capability for the wheeled and tracked equipment maintenance facilities at Taji National Depot. The Contractor will develop bi-lingual training curriculum, deliver training to tradesmend and managers, procure and install industrial tools and equipment, commission maintenance and support facilities, establish a permananent Iraqi training institute and operate the maintenance facilities and shops within the Depot until the Taji National Depot is completely transition to the Iraqis. 3. LOCATION: Taji, Iraq 4. PROPOSAL EVALUATION CRITERIA. Award of any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be to a responsive and responsible offeror who conforms to the solicitation requirements and is considered to be the most advantageous using technical, past performance, price, and socio-economic program. 5. SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS. All offerors must comply with the requirements listed below for this RFP. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. a. Contractors must submit all proposals/bids in English. b. The offeror must review the Request for Proposal and complete all information requested in the proposal. To be responsive to this Request for Proposal, each offeror must submit his offer in accordance with the terms and conditions and submit the offer no later than the closing date to the Joint Contracting Office-Iraq (JCC-I). c. Contractors must provide their costs/prices in U.S dollars (USD$). 6. DELIVERY. Contractors must deliver all proposals via e-mail to SSgt Gregory Lindsey, at the following email address: gregory.lindsey@pco-iraq.net. 7. SOLICITATION POSTING DATE: The referenced solicitation and all attachments will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities on or about 31 March 2007. 8. CLOSING DATE/TIME. The closing date for proposal submission is to be determined. 9. DISCLAIMER. This is a request for offers/proposals and does not constitute a contract or authorization to begin work. Nor does an offeror?s submission of a proposal constitute a contract or authorize him/her to begin work. Upon close of the offer period, JCC-I will evaluate offeror proposals and select the winning contractor. A contract will not become effective until signed by the Contracting Officer. 10.
