- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (Western) intends to award one contract for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Reliability Standards Compliance Tracking Software Application for Western&&&s four Regional offices. The application must be an existing COTS product, a fully configured, populated and functioning compliance tracking application. The requirement is not for services for the development of a software application. The requirement includes but is not limited to software, licenses, documentation, and software maintenance, support and updates as well as incidental services such as implementation, integration, testing and training. The application will function to assist Western in tracking and managing its compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standards and associated Regional Reliability Organization Standards. Term of contract is anticipated to be one base year and four option years. The solicitation is issued under full and open competition. The solicitation (Request for Quotes/RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about January 28, 2008. Quotes must be mailed as indicated in the RFQ (see Block 9 of SF1449). Quotes will be evaluated based upon the criteria stated in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register at www.ccr.gov. DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday, February 25, 2008.
