This sources sought synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government of any future action. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to communicate with industry our interest in a Registrar?s system, receive feedback from the industry that identifies multiple sources, find interested vendors to foster competition, and use the information gained from this notice to prepare any future solicitation in a way which benefits both the Government and the contractor.
