- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR HOTEL AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES FOR SPACE FLIGHT AWARENESS EVENTS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the dates for the STS-123 Event to March 7-10 with checkout on March 11 and to change the quantity of room nights required as follows (This event had been scheduled for March 10-14): Day 1 (check in) - 50 rooms for Friday March 7 Day 2 - 350 rooms for Saturday March 8 Day 3 - 320 rooms for Sunday March 9 Day 4 - 320 rooms for Monday March 10 Checkout on March 11 If you have already responded, and submitted an offer for the STS-123 Event, please submit your update for this event as an attachment. You do not have to resubmit your entire offer. The due date for receipt of offers, January 29, 2008 at 3:00 PM CST, remains the same. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on December 21, 2007. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
