- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to procure a PRINTER CARTRIDGES. (SEE RFQ #N00244-08-T-0150 FOR SPECIFICATIONS) . The request for quotes will be posted to www.neco.navy.mil on or about 1/25/08. There will not be a written Solicitation issued, information on CARTRIDGES to be obtained from Solicitation on NECO. Lack of registration in the Central Contract Registration database will make an offeror ineligible for award. DFARS 252.204-7004 applies. Commercial procedures are being used for this procurement. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. Small Business size Standard is 500 employees under SIC 5044, NAICS 325910. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered. Requests for technical and or contractual clarification are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email. Quotation information may be submitted electronically via e-mail, by separate computer disk in MS Word (latest version) or by fax.
