- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ V2124780248188. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office intends to purchase the following items on a full and open competitive basis: CLIN 0001 - BERTH CURTAINS, Provide (1000 Pair). Each single panel (two panel make up one pair) shall measure no less than 40?L X 22?W and be fabricated with NOMEX material and comply with MIL-C-24500 Type 1. Weight of material shall be 6 ounces per square yard fabric weight. Fabrication of the curtains shall be in accordance with DOD-C-24556 and SPEC A-A-59473, Type 3. Contractor shall fabricate all panels with attached slider tape. Curtains shall be ROYAL BLUE color.
