- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Trimech Solutions, 4461 Cox Road, Suite 302, Glen Allen, VA 23060-3331, Solidworks and Cosmoworks Software Support Agreements for one year. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334111, $25 Million size standard. The order shall be firm fixed price. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis number is N00178-08-Q-1082 and is a Request For Quote. All interested parties shall contact the contract specialist and indicate their interest and capability to receive the custodian identification list. SAP procedures shall be utilized for this procurement. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 01 February 2008 to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren , VA 22448-5110.
