Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals to provide the National Park Service with conceptual graphic designs and/or digital layout production-ready technical services for National Park Service Unigrid brochures. Due to space limitations, the complete Item Specifications are contained in Request for Proposal Number N1107080002. Interested offerors should download this document. The government anticipates award up to three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. These contracts will be issued for a one-year period with priced options for four additional years of continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $200,000 per year. A specific scope of work will accompany each task order. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about February 11, 2008. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Offerors are hereby notified that if your proposal is not received by the date, time and at the location specified in the solicitation that it will be considered late. All offers should be sent to the National Park Service; Harpers Ferry Center; Office of Acquisition Management; Attn: Beverly Rinaldi-Alt, Contract Specialist; Request for Proposal Number N1107080002; P.O. THIS SOLICITATION IS TOTALLY SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE 541430, ENTITLED GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES AND THE RELATED SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $6.5 MILLION IN AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS.
