- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No additional written solicitations will be issued. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, requests quotes for the following IBM equipment from all responsible sources. Vendors must be authorized IBM product resellers; resale eligibility will be verified. Vendor shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box; and will confirm that all IBM products submitted in this offer were sourced from IBM, or through IBM authorized channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide the BIA with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all IBM software is licensed originally to the BIA as the original licensee authorized to use the IBM software.
