Required delivery is 40 each 364 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Thi s item is restricted to: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code: 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adeq uate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award.
