- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplimented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation may be retirvved and downloaded from CCE homepage at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/Services.htm click on RFP's; select the desired RFP and click the Process button. No hard copies of the RFP will be issue d; all amendments will be posted and must be retrived from the CCE website mentioned above. This a Solicitation Request, Solicitation Number W91WAW-08-T-0027. The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon, on behalf of Pentagon Library, Arlington VA. intends to procure all support services associated with an Online Subscription Services which will reside on the Pentagon's Intranet and acesssable from a secure website via the Internet. The North american Industry Clas sification (NAICS) is 519120, Libraries and Archives Services; the Size Standard is $6.5 million dollars. This acquisition is a restricted 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Period of Performance (POP) is: one (1) year after contract award plus four (4) one year Option Periods. The Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commerical Items(SF 1449) is provided via the CCE website mentioned above. Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to the POC identified below on Wednesday, 20 February 2008 at 11AM EST. POC is M s. Joyce G.
