- Resulting solicitation will Solicit Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a Contract for Modification of HVAC and Exhaust System at Bldg 7048, Dining Facility, Fort Campbell, KY. Specifically, work required to be performed by the contractor is as follows: replace the existing chiller to include piping to the building with vibration eliminators; provide improvements to existing concrete pad and modifications to existing duct work, diffusers and return grating; and repair of the dishwasher area exhaust syst em to include fabrication of new round duct and transitions. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted. However IAW FAR 19.13 there will be a price preference for HUBZone business concerns. NACIS is 238220/$13 Million.
